Students from Hull Children’s University visit RDUTC to Engineer Their Futures
30 Y5 students from Thoresby School visited RDUTC on Thursday 22nd March to find out more about Engineering and Digital Technology.
They participated in two workshops focussing on Engineering and Virtual Reality and enjoyed a tour of the school and its facilities. The visit was extremely successful and is the first of many more to come.
Hull Children’s University help to raise the aspirations of the children they work with and we are proud to be working alongside them. Vice Principal Mark Ollerenshaw said “I met with Natasha Banke from HCU before we opened and I’m absolutely delighted that the opportunities we discussed have come to fruition. It was fabulous to have the Thoresby students with us and we look forward to a building our partnership with the University over the coming years.”
