The project team at Smith+Nephew have developed a new product which they are now ready to hand over to the engineering team. Smith+Nephew have set a project to develop and implement a maintenance plan for the equipment used in the manufacturing process to ensure that the product can be manufactured seamlessly and any “downtime” caused by mechanical failure kept to a minimum.

In this project Students will develop and successfully carry out a maintenance plan to secure the continued operation of a piece of manufacturing equipment.
